I am thinking of removing monthly billing and switch to only yearly / bi annually / or maybe quarterly. Revecom is taking a good bite out of my monthly profits with a dollar and 3.95% for each sale- and on a 7.95 plan that really takes away a lot.
Will people be willing to do this / or am I losing sales because they would want monthly.

Switch to a merchant program...pay anywhere from $0.30 to $0.45 per transaction and as low as 2.29%.
Also, 2checkout is cheaper on cheap accounts due to their smaller transaction fee than revecom.

What is the fee on 2checkout lets say if we get a sale that is someone that is doing credit card fraud- very common thing for everyone. Revecom charges 1$ per fraud attempt - how does 2checkout handle this sort of thing?

2Checkout.com does not charge a per-attempt fee. Only fully completed transactions are subject to our transaction fees of 5.5% and $.49 per transaction.
Additionally, there is no charge at all for orders refunded or cancelled within 48 hours of the original charge. This applies whether the cancellation is enacted by either you or our staff. Note that that is not TWO DAYS but 48 HOURS. We will, therefore, essentially not charge you for either the original transaction or the cancellation.
The only time you would be directly impacted by any type of cancellation made within the 48 hours window would be if a sale processed and was released to you at the end of a sale cycle. Obviously a debit would appear on the account at the beginning of the new payment cycle since you wouldn't have any funds 'floating' to immediately absorb the debit but, more on point, the 'no fees' portion of my response would still apply.
