I am looking for a script that does the following..

It controls the order form process and stores customer info
It verifies that the domain is available for registration if it's a new registration
It lets people pick what billing period they want and what plan
It possibly verifies that the IP address is not from a country that I don't want to signup
It passes all that stuff to my revecom.com account

Is there anything like this available? I looked at PHPmanager and it looks nice however I don't think it verifies the domain is available
