today i reg a domain
my new domain include enom this word http://dotenom.com
i would like to ask enom will cancel it and not refund to me ?
can i transfer to other domain company ?

Only enom will know how they will respond. That said, that's a clear passing off attempt and if disputed, you are not likely to be allowed to keep it regardless.

They may not cancel the domain, but if they become aware of the domain and care... they might ask that you transfer the domain over to them, or perhaps threaten legal action.

eNom is trademarked (I believe) and that is pretty obvious infringement of their trademark.

I read somewhere Enom has a 5 days cancellation policy for any new domain registration. Just cancel that name and find another one which is original and unique to your business.

If they allow it, it's because the person answering your email just wanted to get through the queue as fast as possible.

Anyone important (lawyers / executives) at eNom will most likely threaten legal action against you if you turn that domain into a business / money making site and they become aware of it.

see if you can get a refund for it
