Required is someone who can tweak my vBulletin skin up a bit to make my forum homepage's latest post column's width a bit wider, along with modifying a template for the username welcome message.

Also needed is a border to be created around posts which should be there but isn't for some reason. This job should be very easy as it just requires that you know HTML and CSS.

My budget is $30. Would like HTML validated also and done by today / ASAP.
