I am deciding between packages and it all comes down to whether i want 3gb of monthly traffic or 500mb. I want to go with the 500mb option however i'm not sure how much i'll need.

Can anyone tell me how much different types of site need?

My site is a personel site with lots of photos. and i use asp. so how much do you think i need?

There is no way for us to tell you based on what you posted, how many people will be accessing your site perday per month, how many pics will be on there what is the file size of the pics. How many pages will you have how large is the database files you will be ascessing using ASP?

The only way to know how much bandwidth you need is to know these answers. I would ask your host if you can start out with the lower plan and then move you up if you go over, a good host should work with you.

If you have lots of pics, go with the 3GB.

How many visitors are you expecting? If it's just family and relatives, and the images aren't that large, you should be fine with 500MB, though it might be a good idea to go with the 3GB host to avoid being hit by overages in case you need more.
