Hey guys,

I've seen a few posts around about liveregistry.com issues, and i'm now having one - i've got no idea what to do :(

I have been with them for 2 years, and my .co.uk domain is about to expire. I got a message 60 days before it was due to expire, and decided that it was much cheaper elsewhere, so natuarally i decided to move.

I submitted a support ticket, but it was not actioned after a week, I opened another just to make sure it was not lost in the system, but another week and neither had a reply. I read the issues on here, and have sent an email to support@liveregistry.com, support@myacen.com, billing@myacen.com AND robert@myacen.com.
I asked on the myacen live support, but they couldn't have cared less whether my problem was sorted - as far as they are concerned it's nothing to do with them (even though it's the same company)

That was a good week or two ago, just today I received my "Your domain will expire in 30 days" email.... 1 month since my original request is rediculous.

So tickets, emails, live chat have not worked - i don't know what to do!!

The domain is .co.uk - so it's not a simple transfer, the current registrar have to change the Agent-Code to the new Agent before the tranfer initiates. The only ovther option is to pay nominet (the UK registry) £15 to do it for me, but I'd like to avert that cost as much as possible!

Anyone got anything that could help me? I'm despirate.

Finally - From my experience I would suggest noone ever uses liveregistry, myacen or solidinternet, and I know i'm not the only one who thinks this!

I realised I had one remaining option - which is in progress now, touch wood it will work.

The domain tag for live registry is "eNom" diue to the fact that they are an enom reseller. If i switch to enom or another reseller i wont have any issues having to change the domain agent tag. So i have simply decided to switch to eNom, who are registering the domain for 2 years - then I can transer away if nessessary!

It's not as cheap as the option I had in mind, but at least I have peace of mind when it's done...

eNom got back to me in less than 30 minutes with my queries. What a difference!
