Any Zero Setup user out there ?
I just signup their Web Starter Pack Account. ( 100G/500mb) And would like to ask something.

There's no confirmation email. They just call me at 3 am in Malaysia and just informed me that my account is ready. Then I have to read their FAQ and finally I'm able to log in.

Their support is very bad . I've asked some questions for almost 3 days and still haven't answered. If you're inexperienced with Unix, prepare yourself.

1. I like the control panel that they licensed from Infinology but the site statictics is very simple. I'm fammiliar Webalizer or Analog style stats but I can't find those in the control panel.
Am I missing something ?

2.No Telnet or SSH

4.How to add another account if I'm reseller ? There's no Web Host Manager.
