baabb 06-09-2006, 03:33 AM hello,i am interested that how do you do CRM ? can you share your experience with me? i compare some software,like billing software/ticket system...etc recently,but i do not know how to combine them well and let all the system run well. thanks

etechsupport2 06-09-2006, 06:40 AM Blogs are for users, forums are for communities, btw create your blog for customer not for search engine, treat your visitors human being and try to make it more interactive and help your members in buying process. A blog position and represent you as an expert and team leader hence focus on truly helping people, the people will take care of you.

If you are small company, its easy to do as you remember almost each of your customer well to bring effective Customer Relationships.
Its get complicated once you grow little bigger.

nikdahl 06-09-2006, 01:32 PM We use a blog to make company announcements. These announcements could be, planned server maintenance/outages, announcing new packages, new employees, new features (new site builder tool, new webmail clients, new features in your control panel, etc), and to announce things like employee certifications and the such.

Forums can be nice if you have a LOT of users, but without the userbase, it will end up mostly unused.
For our CRM, we are using Microsoft Small Business server with Sharepoint, it provides some pretty sweet features.
