I'm looking for a billing service that will allow me to charge people via credit cards online, I'm looking for someone that doesn't have a huge setup fee and doesn't have huge % per transaction like the 14.5% of ccbill. I'm an international customer so I need the cheques with the money to be sent to my country, I understand that 2checkout doesn't do that.

get a US bank account (relatively easy) and use 2checkout or revecom and save $$.

Whilst I haven't used them myself, there's a lot of discussion on the boards about HostCharge.com.

Apart from a relatively major hiccup this week, most of the comments have been positive - and with their setup fees being so competitive you can hardly go wrong.

Their site's not online as I type this, but give it a couple of days and then check www.hostcharge.com

From what I understand, 2checkout do send cheques internationally.

2checkout even transfers the money to international bank accounts, but the costs are rather righ.

They also send cheques, but it takes a long time before they arrive.

Or you can consider WorldPay.
