It's currently 11:40PM EST. I come to see around 10:30PM EST that I have 22,075 support tickets. Now keep in mind my datacenter has not gone in flames, robbed, or my connectivity provider hasn't failed one bit. What type of tickets? - Lovely Miva Merchant notices below;

It's bad enough Miva is going to charge for support, and they decided to mail bomb me their update, but even worst I have to find out if Ubersmith offers to mass delete support tickets. - Anyone have a clue? From reviewing the Ubersmith threads it looks like they don't answere their e-mails too often. What should I do?

Please give me suggestions.

What does Ubersmith use for database? MySQL? if you know the sql schema, one or two sql queries would solve your problem within a few seconds :)

Could you please clarify what you mean about not answering emails? I checked our support records and you were helped and this matter was resolved within hours of you letting us know.

Just alittle rumor I heard, but I must say I'm very happy with your product, and services.

How could our team request new options to be added for our Ubersmith alone? Like special intergration and links so our engineers have everything in one area. Possible?

We regulary accept ideas/suggestions/reccomendations for ubersmith from our clients.

However, we rarely, if ever, add features that are specific to one customer. If you have any suggestions for a feature that multiple clients could find useful we would be more than happy to include it in our next development cycle.
