Mike, i have placed order on monday and today is friday, so far no luck to have server, i left emails, voicemail, and no one responding, there is not even a order confirmation number. can you help

ordered a server last friday. They told me the machine should
be ready on wednesday but iam still waiting.

Wrote one mail yesterday to the support and iam still waiting.

Orangefiber, you should keep your customers informed if there
are any problems ...

looks like iam not the only one, here, OF , should at least provide ETA , if you say it takes a week , i would not bother. Sort of bad and un professional experience to me with you guys

hello MSV,

today jun20, after more than 1 week, you have emailed me saying server is being setup ASAP, still nothing there, i have called tech support 4 times today , and no response either, haven;t thought my experience with this deal/OF would be this bad.

I just able to talk with support guy & he resent my welcome letter :) now server up & running , my server was setup 3 days ago I can see it but didn't get welcome mail

i had my doubts on cogent bandwidth, well worth a try my streaming applications (video) are running fine with no buffer. Good step
