Good luck finding that unlimited bandwidth because it doesn't exist. ;) Most free companies these days don't last very long.. people can't afford to shell out all that money when they are making no money from it. Not to mention that people tend to abuse things like that. The best thing to do is to find paid hosting, it really doesn't cost all that much if you know where to look. Anyway, a good free host is netfirms (http://www.netfirms.com) and you might also want to check out freewebspace.net (http://www.freewebspace.net).

um...what does that have to do with unlimited bandwidth?
when you say unlimited bandwidth, that means that you can just keep on using it and using it, with no adjustment of price or changing of service. That just simply isn't economically or technically feasible.

Do you have the forum already set up somewhere so the hosters can see the traffic?
Anyway, if you are going to average 50 posts a day, you will eat up the 5 mb in about 2 months. I have about 5K posts in my forum, and use about 6-7 mb for that.
Anyway, freehosting that offers MySQL and PHP is coolfreepages.com. I will warn you though that the support is nonexistant, and your site will be down for hours on end. I will thank them for one thing, opening my eyes and going to a paid provider.
You may want to concider going paid, there are some good plans that are inexpensive, especially if you are running only a forum.

My post was marked as advertising? When i was willing and nice enough to give it to him for free? Do you call that an advertising offer?

I had tried many free host in the past before I aquire my own domain with paid hosting.
I had tried some free host that offer php/mysql in the past so that I can set up my forum, but most of them had poor support.
So in the end I get my own.

If it's suggesting your services, no matter the price, then it's an ad.
