Hi,

I currently use cPanel for my servers, but I am looking to get a server outside my normal DC, and prices of cPanel are very high there.
Therefore, I am looking at Plesk as an alternative.
Plesk seems great, and has certaintly come on in terms of features since I last used it (several years ago).
My question is though, I've made my site so that it sets up accounts and modifies account all via scripts using the WHM API.

My question is, is there anything like it for Plesk. Well, I know there is, since i've seen the massive documentation that goes with it- but what i'm after is a simple example of the Plesk API.
Has anyone got one- preferbally in Perl, but php is good too.
What i'm after is the code to:
Add New domain under a set package
Modify the package a domain is on
Delete the domain
Suspend the domain

The documentation I really don't have time to read- since at this stage I don't have a Plesk server, and I don't really want to spend hours searching through documentation and then discover I don't want to use Plesk. I'm quite happy to read documentation IF i know I will be using it, but since it's only some research into the options available to me.

Also, what do you think of offering 2 control panels? I feel it has it's benefits with the bigger market, but will it just confuse customers?
And if i switched to Plesk on my new servers, how will people feel if they are on cPanel on the old servers.
To me I feel that sticking to one control panel is best, which will mean having to pay the price for cPanel, but what are you views?

Thanks
