8 days to answer a ticket, damn.

that's a long time, thats pretty bad.

i would of been calling after the first day
and if it takes 8 days to answer a support ticket, depending on what i needed, i might just move outta there.

What if it was somethign like my server is down? and it takes 8 days to asnwer the ticket? thats terrible

They answered all my tickets real quick, all were answered within a couple of hours, so this must be an exception

This one is definitely an exception. I put in some support tickets last week - and even this Saturday and Sunday, and all were replied to in a few hours. I am very impressed with their support. It's both fast and knowledgeable.

We've posted some tickets (Normal to high priority no urgent) and they've answered in 2-8 hours. Quite good :)
I'm having some trouble to have Tomcat installed under Plesk, but Robert said to send him an email and he would handle it..

I have to say that these guys really care about customeres :)
