I'm serious on this, and I have a decent experience maintaing websites, and I know I can't do this on my own. At the very least I'm looking at being a Reseller hosting company (small, from the ground up), if worthy, and successful, upgrading. I'm not looking to work/spend beyond my means.

If you're genuinely interested, contact me :).

Ok, just to clarify some issues.

I am looking for someone to carry half of the workload, costs, and responsibility. If you do not fit this description please do not apply.

I am not going to be rushed into a decision, I'm giving myself at least 5-7 days to make a decision.

Sorry for any confusion :).

What are the start up costs?

At the moment, I have a reseller account, paid for since February, and have hosted two sites on it. So for now, no hosting costs, obviously though there is domain registration. There would be room for maybe 10-18 clients on a small hosting option.

If possible I'd like to avoid paying for advertising, however that just may not be an option.

It is more of a workload issue, than startup costs. However if the site managed to grow, I would certainly consider a dedicated host very quickly.

Ok, I have had more than the fair share of replies than I actually expected :).

Due to the overhwhelming response I won't be accepting anymore, than the ones recieved.

Thankyou for everyone's interest :).
