They switched hosts. Also, they had an error in their redirect page on the old site to forward to the new site. They put the domain, instead of the IP#. So when someone clicked the redirect link, it kept them where they were. So those who had ISPs with slower DNS updates, they could only connect if they searched for the new IP#.
