PayPal isn't a merchant account, it is a payment processor (the credit card billing statements read "PayPal", not your company). Are you referrring to true merchant accounts or payment processors (like PayPal).

i'd like to know if anybody is aware of merchant accounts or third party solutions appart from worldpay that are available... or at least usable in the UK :)
