Hi,

I read a lot about the managed servers at Voxel.net, but how are their shared hosting packages? Is it worth the money, is there connection really fast (I am in Europe, where everything is slower, how is their speed in the US?) Does anyone have experience with Voxel shared hosting?

Their sales department is slow as hell with answering e-mails. I've send a request for an Ubersmith demo a few days ago, but no response from them yet.
A friend of my requested a quote on a dedicated server and never had a reply from them.

Their speed and network look great though :)
