the other 2 i know of the forum, both very popular, but do searches on both the companies first as they have some bad stories aswell as good.

You will also find Windows hosts playing in this price range as well. But, as cyberhost indicated, you should either raise your budget or look for the lower end of those resource allocations for that that budget

just read the reviews of these companies, there's tons of reviews and/or complaints/recommendations for all of the companies you've named. try contacting all their sales lines, maybe see if you can get a trial account or some uptime stats.

Looking for 1-10Gb for $10-20 is a bit like looking for a car of 1-10 tons costing $10-20K.

40-500GB BWSame as above. Frankly, $20 for 40GB of data transfer is already pretty cheap. $20 for 500Gb is downright iresponsible.
