A friend told me that Paypal can generate a credit card (digitally) for you to use on websites that don't accept paypal as a payment method. He doesn't remember how to do it though.


Have any of you ever heard this and if so...do you know how to do it?

I am also interested in this. I also heard it is possible but I have not yet looked into it any further.

When you qualify, (must have certain amount of money on paypal for a certain amount of time; I don't remember both. additionally, must be a US currency US based account) you will see a link in paypal that lets you create it on the my account > overview page. At one point it was available for us Canadians as well, but now they restricted to only USA....
