I keep posting this tread and it keeps disappearing, so last try:

I added a virual site for wich i want to receive email.

I added the next records in my DNS:

domain.com IP-number (A)
host.domain.com IP-number (A)
IP-number/24 host.domain.com (PTR)
domain.com mail is sent to the Low priority mail server host.domain.com

In emailserver/parameters i added the ip and the name with and without host

I can't login to receive mail, and i can't send mail because my ISP keeps bouncing them (error DNS).

The name itself host.domain.com resolves but domain.com not.

Am i to inpatient ? or what did i do wrong ?

This is getting weirder..


My mail program now tells me that i should use APOP for this site.
I've APOP disabled for this site.

When i setup the site i had it enabled, but removed it since it was a mistake. Is it possible that there still some file somewhere that causes this problems ?
