Our servers run the Webalizer statistic gathering program for each Virtualhost. One of our clients emailed and said that webalizer was showing the incorrect number of hits for a particular day last week. I checked his stats, and sure enough it shows just 6 hits, while every other day its well into the thousands. Is there anyway to correct this, so that it will show exactly how many hits did occur on that day? If not, is there a way to prevent this from happening again?

I don't know the answer, but just curious.. are you using CPanel? Because I used to have a few CPanel accounts and all of their webalizer stats were screwed up :angry:

Now i'm using HSphere and everything is peachy :cartman:
