As the thread regarding Rackshack and ***** is closed, I was hoping for some feedback on this matter. Last I read, the following was scheduled to take place...

"as of this afternoon (5/3), ordered by a Houston District Court Judge to appear in a Houston District Court and answer and show cause why they should not be enjoined from spamming Rackshack customers with false and misleading statements.

They have been ordered to appear at 1:30 PM, Friday, May 10, 2002. "

Does anyone have any information as to what transpired in this situation... A thanks in advance.
