1. The first design looks very good. Nice job.
2. The 2nd URL does not work because you don't have www. ! Maybe you should contact your webhost to fix it..

The 2nd layout link works fine. There is no need for a "www" in the beginning.

It has been very cleverly taken from a website called MEDIATEMPLE.
Mediatemple (http://www.mediatemple.net)
Those rack mount server pictures are from that website.
Also the layout.
So please avoid trouble by not copying from other sites.

I don't see it, the sites are not the same and to me it is not a rip off, sure some of the elements could be called simular but heck most sites these days are.
I think you are way off base accusing him is ripping them off.

I don't think its simuliar. I never eve knew about that site. The designs really don't look alike, maybe just the dotted lines, but alot of sites are using them. As for the servers, I didn't get that picture, my friend did.

The HTML on the first template is quite poor

It only needs to be 2x2px and set to repeat. But its a massive image. I would optimise your HTML before you sell the template
