We are an established web hosting company since 2001 and looking for talented and exceptional individuals to join us as Level 3 Systems Administrators.

You will be responsible for managing and securing our servers, coding scripts as needed, provide technical support to customers via helpdesk/live chat/phone, help with sales, and update our FAQ/Knowledgebase. You will be working with the latest server hardware and software.

This remote position is open for US/Canadian residents only. You must have reliable Internet access and be responsible and available during hours of employment that are agreed upon.

Requirements to apply for this position:
- 3+ years experience as a Linux Systems Administrator in a production environment
- Guru knowledge of Linux, basic networking and shell scripting
- Deep knowledge in CPanel and Plesk
- Proven technical troubleshooting experience
- Knowledge of Perl/PHP/Ruby/Ruby on Rails programming is a plus
- Experience with load balancing technology is a plus
- Experience with Windows 2003 Server is a plus
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Hardcore Linux experience in a production environment is a must
- Very strong communication skills, interpersonal skills & scripting skills are paramount
- Able to wear many hats throughout your day
- Honest, hard worker, self starter, and fast learner
