I need a custom PHP script which will have two parts.
When a visitor clicks the Contact Us button, they will be taken to a page with a drop down menu with the options:
General
Sales
Other
When they select a category, a second drop down menu will appear with a list of frequently asked questions based on the category chosen. I will then be able to link those questions to our FAQ.
The final part is after all those questions there will be one other option that says, "Your question not listed? Contact the staff." When this is selected a mail form will appear so they can send us an e-mail.
The whole purpose for this is we have almost all the answers on our site but people don't read the FAQ's so they email us with the questions regardless. This way they will be directed to the FAQ's but still have the option of emailing us if necessary.
