Select Solutions, LLC (SLHost.com) is looking to fill 2 "Level 3" Support Technician positions. Level 3 Support Technician - Description Points
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Troubleshoot basic and advanced support issues via forums, ticket, and chat
Monitoring server resource usage for potential problems and correcting those problems
Package resource management for Virtuozzo software
Software configurations and rebuilding for Apache, PHP, Perl, etc.

Level 3 Support Technician - Skills Needed
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Extensive Linux experience (3+ years preferred)
Extensive experience with Cpanel, Plesk, and DirectAdmin (administration experience)
Experience with Virtuozzo from an administrative aspect
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software errors
Ability to be resourceful in finding answers to issues not handled every day
Ability to multi-task
Fluent with the English language
The positions being filled are full-time and compensation will depend on experience. The candidate will be paid as a 1099 contract worker initially with the possibility of working into a W2 position based on reliability and other factors. There's also the opportunity for pay increases in the first 3 months depending on performance. The positions are work from home positions so you must have your own computer to work on as well as a reliable high speed Internet connection.
