Server one has been explained.

The Cpanel sever is a 1 gig AMD, w/ 512 meg RAM and 60 gig hard drive.

I limit these high bandwidth/high storage accounts to just what is available and will fit on a server. ALL the available space I advertise is available immediately to EACH person. I don't jack up specs on the basis that not everyone uses it all and then deal with that situation if/when it happens.
