Why has the site been down for at least 2 days? Why have clients not recieved an email explaining what is going on?

Still down, just tried their website.

People, the situation is much more complex than you can think, due to the weekend we really couldnt get much work done. As in the other thread about us you probably know that our entire crew has been shifted to Canada. So settling down into our new offices is a difficult task (shifting of things etc). Now that the inital pains are over we will have hostchage.com back online very soon. Just remember that our mcc is still working and that is all that matters.
