It depends upon quality of article and where you are going to submit ( No use if that site has no good reader base and articles are too old 1-2 years ago), however a real good article can proliferate at and give you good links.

Anyone will tell you, getting someone to do it manually is way better than any software. There are too many different things different article companies want that no software can keep up with. Some things prevent your articles from being submitted via any software.
