I am miserable with my re-seller right now. Their has been about 3 hours of downtime per day on average the past two weeks. I've already lost a customer and countless other future sales due to my site being down.

I need a new re-seller FAST that has comparable features to my existing reseller, but without downtime.

I am looking for something comparable in cost and services. I don't want to tell my existing clients that they will now no longer be getting a certain feature that they were told that they would have. I also can't afford to pay an arm and a leg with the small (and dwindling) client base I have.

I'd like to also gave ChiliSoft!ASP, but that would just be a bonus.

I've read on WHT before that some hosts have some sort of bandwidth agreements where bandwidth is unlimited... that would be a mind-blowing bonus. :)

My current hosting provider has a vBulletin forum like this one where customers can chat, etc... but recently they've been censoring posts regarding the recent downtime. I would like to go to a new provider that knows how to professionally handle these situations by fixing them immediately instead of non-stop excuses.

I know I will undoubtedly get e-mail from Re-Sellers offering their wares - which is fine, but I'd much rather hear from actual customers who do not have a financial interest in the company give honest answers about their experiences (good and bad) with comparable providers.

I Really hope Splashhosts do not take this type of unlimited resellers. Pretty sure they wont.

This "unlimited" race is leading nowhere and could finish this business.

Good quality requires a limit.
