Stargate is a domain registrar that uses the same platform
that Directi.com. I wonder if anyone has tried to register domains
in Stargate using clientexec and the directi api.

I haven't tried to use 'your' method (but I use them regularly), so I can't comment on will it be successful. Why don't you ask their support about this? They have been quite helpful for me in the past.

I've registered domains under my StarGate account using the DirectI API (since I'm making my own control panel). The API works good once you learn it, but the docs are horrible.
