$699 doesn't look too bad for a dual processor with 1GB of ram... I say you should take it...

This is an OLDER box using old slot 1 technology. Only a 100Mhz FSB. Still none the less a good price. Our main mail server upto a few weeks ago was a dual proc 500 handling thousands of domains and it did well.
