Hi again all, I am running a google adwords campaign, it has been up for almost 2 weeks and has received 217 views and no clicks, I dont understand either of those, why only 217 views, I have 5 targetted keywords and max bid $3.5, 0 Clicks I dont understand either because I have a decent ad, it is mainly just displaying the features of my packages.
Anyone know how to cure my adwords blues?

Your daily maximum might be set too low?

Many peoples uses sites like ClickMogul.com or such sites to trick adwords advertisers for their money.
You should mabye set the daily limit lower.

First, what keywords are you using. I helped a friend adjust his keywords and he was seeing over 1700 impressions within the first couple of hours, he had to pause the campaign early because he didn't expect it to reach the daily budget so fast (and it was on the slow delivery method, not the all-at-once).
Second, what did your ad look like? It's important to use words that people type and then use it in the ad. For example, if you used the word "Domains" in your ad, it wouldn't come up bold like "Domain" would, because most people aren't typing in "domains", but "domain," like for instance, "domain name registration."
Third, try using a keyword suggestion tool (http://inventory.overture.com/d/searchinventory/suggestion). You can see what people are searching for, use these as your keyword phrases, don't just type in a single keyword.
Fourth, if you only have $50 to spend, stay away from any of the words that are searched more than 1000x per month, you'll run through that $50 so fast it won't even be funnny.
All-in-all, my friend spent about $100-150 per day for I believe a 4-day period, tens of thousands of impressions too because he used the search terms that get over 1 million terms per month, but he also generated new clients from that. So even though the advertising cost more than the clients he got, it was a worthwhile investment.
Now I have him running to targeted sites and using a lower bid rate. Before he had it knocked up to $10-50 so it would place in the top all the time, but now just $3-5 is fine. Pick smaller sites, ones that will see 0-10k impressions per day (based on Google's estimate), and not ones that will see 100-500k impressions per day (like about.com for example).
The site-targeted method displays less impressions and click-thru rates, but he isn't maxing out his daily budget and it's not ending prematurely.
Hope that helps, just my "third person" experience with AdWords.

What does it say on your advert? + what keywords are you using
