dedicated server for hosting my adult site. Is there any ISP
provide it?
As I know, cogentco.com is cheap, but it seems like they
don't provide dedicated server for user. Do they have any reseller
for my need?
By the way, can anyone tell me where is this IP from which ISP?

if so, you can get 450gb with them.

your best bet will probably be rackshack however, if you need the support, then, i wouldn't go with them if i were you.

I have no experience with them myself, but take a look at serveroutsource.net
