If I have a reseller Enom account under someone do they have access so they can go in and change my url forwarding for that domain?

The reason I ask because my forwarding was changed to some generic sell site, frobably the main enom one, but I think the whole might have taken place because it looks like the credit card I used did not allow the transaction for the domain, strange because I have used it many times after that to refill the account no problem, but that was just a single domain retail purchase and I do not see the transaction on my credit card account. So I just got a fraud warning email from my sponser, and when I went to check I noticed the forwarding was changed. I am not worried if it was an Enom Parent company thing but if would be a strange feeling knowing the the person I have the reseller account under can go in and change things?

The one other thing that scares me now is the fact that when I bought the domain name I got an e-mail confirming the order and that my mastercard has been charged, but when in reality it looks like it was not. Is this a common Enom problem? This scares the heck out of my becuase when I start retailing domain I could get the crud frauded out of me if they get false CC authorization.
