Hey guys,

We are looking to contract out our server management/monitoring to a third party.

Does anyone have any recommendations or experiences with any companies?

For example, I'm looking into:
http://www.firmbit.com
http://touchsupport.com

Any other services, OR SOFTWARE to do patch deployment, monitoring, etc?

Thanks IA

Platinum Server Management (http://www.platinumservermanagement.com) is who we use. Have been for just over a year now. They only deal with WHM/cPanel servers, but they know what they're doing when it comes to that setup.

I think its save to go with PSM (http://www.platinumservermanagement.com/) - there are so many great reviews with them, and if you need cPanel management, I think they may be your best option if your budget is a little tight.

Hi highly recommend HTTPme.com for your server management needs, if you require "fully managed" services. (ie: You never want to worry about your server or do anything more then just put customes on it.)

if there is something problem with the server do they do fix at the time or you have to submit a ticket to them first

because as they said
"1 - 6 Hour Response Time for Support Tickets"
"6 - 24 Hour Resolution Time for Support Tickets"

and is there company you always can find them online so if anything happen they can fix it right away

Kindly Regards,

These PlatinumServerManagement guys seem fabulous with their philosophy on being the master of one panel. Although I haven't used them in the past, I'd give them a shot!

PSM is the way to go.

I was on a plesk box and needed to switch datacenters due to a price increase
After reading a few testimonials and hearing from others about platinumservermanagement.com and speaking with them on the phone I decided to use Cpanel for my upgrade knowing that PSM would be available to help me.

I must say I am truly pleased and impressed. Often the response time is faster than stated on their website. They truly aim to please and have succeeded as far as I am concerned.

A no brainier at twice the price.

Reading many of the discussions here would be a good first start. No one will be able to walk you through the entire process, certainly not before you've done some 'self-education'.

If you have the cash

First get a server

There is to type
1- Rent a server
1- Co-Location ( mean you buy the server and send it to data center

Each one has advantages and disadvantages
So choose the one that suit for you

After you have done the first steps
Now you need someone to manage the servers from everything
* There is some of company that members have posted go and check it out

Now start your own website and buy billing software and integrated with the payment method you will use (you will find a lot of billing software that can help search the forum)

Then set your price and start selling

You are done now but you will need the please your customer from the support so the can feel that they are most important then the money they paid for (this will increase your selling)

i hope i have helped you

* sorry for my poor english
