I'm currently a reseller, but plan to be in this biz for the long-run. Therefore I would appriciate if you could answer a few questions.

What is the total cost (cpanel, other software etc) of a decent dedicated server located in a "good datacenter" (no Cognet etc... for example New Jersey)? How much space/bandwidth? What kind of knowledge do I need (compared to act as a reseller)?
