I was planning on using Rapidisupport but now the have closed business. Anyone know of any good tech support companies that offer live chat, helpdesk and email support? I already know of Bob Cares.

i had a look about myself a while back, nothing in the sensible price range unfortunately that i found anyway. whats really needed is an intergrated admin\tech support product. so theres no confusion over boundries. no arguments about things being outside the remit of tech support etc. ive half a mind to start a company myself lol. just need to invent an extra few hours in the day :)
