So I have a reseller account at this place, but I want to move. Better uptime, better pricing, and space.
I noticed Netfirms and hostgater seem to be something in what I need. I actually called hostgator today and then emailed netfirms a few questions.
What is my best option, regarding the 2 places, or is there something better?

We use FatNetwork.net and haven't had a problem with them. Used them for quite awhile and they seem to offer good pricing compared to others.

I'll look into them. I noticed that netfirms has a limit on their basic reseller account, of like 18 sites. Where as hostgator is unlimited. Also, netfirms is $40 with more space, which I don't need, and hostgator is $25

Thread moved to Reseller Hosting Forum.
One thing to be careful of is that Netfirms' reseller package pushes you into a hugely overselling business model, which I doubt you'd be able to sustain on your own. Also, I'm not sure how easy it would be to move to a dedicated server or another reseller hoting provider when/if you decide to do so.
In all, these providers cater to different markets and you need to carefully consider the advantages and disadvantages of each offer.
How about dotable.com ?
I'm looking at them right now for my next reseller account and they seem quite reliable. Can't beat having Aussie Bob at the helms and their current specials.

Excellent point. With the plans Netfirms is giving you, it's more the obvious that they are overselling. Your price structure would be based upon what they charge you and what they charge you for. When you move to a dedicated server, you will start realising the true costs of webhosting.
If your pricing structure is based on Netfirms, you will find it a struggle paying the bills [when you move to a dedicated server] and keeping your promises.

I'm tired of typing it over and over. Those who've listened have been happy but, well, don't take my word for it - try it yourself...

Side not and off-topic almost?
There was a recent VERY good (matching my own experiences with them) review of Netfirms. It was decent sized and fairly well written. It will probably be in the first two pages of a search as it wasn't that long ago.

I saw good and bad reviews about Hostgator(search it on this forum and see). And they additional charge for RVSKIN (it was $40) if you need. Also look at Sonet7's reseller plan. The price is inexpensive, the servers and the support is fast and the uptime is good. All of the reviews that I saw are positive.
