Template Alien is aka Matt Pricem aka Artico, vb_Matt...etc and apparently has a long history of scamming people.

In my case, he sold me a link on a site that had a PR redirect to make it look like a PR6. He then sold the PR redirected site to a Mark Bolyard.

Template Alien not only took my 1 year links down after two months from his fake PR site, but he's got a record of ripping people off.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU AVOID THIS GUY!
