Hey, I just received a weird blank e-mail with the subject title "Coll(i).className !".

I put it in the trash and when I looked at it, it was 122K. I'm pretty sure that it's a virus of some sort.

What I'm wondering is, does it still affect me if I'm using a web-based e-mail? I clicked to open the e-mail after I got a notification of it on my MSN messenger and it took me to hotmail and into the message. I deleted it the minute I got to it.

Do these messages/viruses have the same effect on computers if they aren't opened from Outlook Express or similar programs?

Any help would be appreciated! :)
