I'm developing a virtual community site that allows members to upload their pictures (about 1 meg per member allowed). Users can communicate w/ other members via instant messaging etc. Since this is a start-up site, therefore bandwidth is not the issue. However, the site is to grow and a lot of space for picture storage will be needed (2-3 gigs max). What's package do i fit in?

Dedicated Hosting seems to be not very affordable for me - i'm a college student. Would a resellor package work for me? the one that allows me to have about a few Gigs of storage? Thanks so much.

2-3 GB of storage is approaching the high end of shared hosting, but quite a few hosts do provide it.

I don't think you would need a reseller account, since you don't need the ability to host multiple domains (at least not that I can tell from you business plan). Just find a good, reliable host with enough storage space.
