Needless to say(?), the price is not my first priority; stability and support are much more important issues.

Views and comments on different hosts would be *greatly* appreciated.

I say try Vortech's Reseller (http://www.matrixreseller.com) strand. Again and as I've stated numerous times I have only been with them since about, hum, tuesday, so I can't say much. Speed is tip-top though and support answers (even though they don't always provide you with the right kind of answers). And ofc they offer Win bulk reseller plans.
