What is system management?

In a nutshell, it's about fault management.
Implementing the tools you need to help monitor your systems more efficiently, react quicker (Usually before there's a critical failure), and even auto-heal core processes.

In short, I know what to monitor, I know how to graph it, and I know how to respond to it. You can get all that from me, and cheaper then virtually anyone else in the business!
