Back when I first got a dell a few years ago, I dont remember talking to someone with a foreign (most likely Indian) accent once. When I call sales, I always get someone without an accent. But I had some problems where I had to call tech support more than five times today, and not once did I get someone without an accent.

My question; did dell move their support overseas? When?

I know the Canadian division is in Ontario, but then there are a lot of East Indians, and Pakistani's (no harm intended here) that live and work in Toronto. So maybe this is where the misconception lies.
