I have currently started a new hosting business, and as I am not veyr experienced in Linux administration (I'm learning :) ) I need to find people who can do the job for me for now. I am looking for a pair of admins who are available a good part of the day whom I can contact by messenger, or some fast communication thing. I don't have the money to pay a whole lot out of money to admins right now, maybe around $100/month would be good, maybe more, depending on how good the admin is. The admins are needed to upgrade, update, install, etc programs on the server. They are also needed for web-based support, such as via email, trouble ticket system, and forums. Admins are also needed to fix any bugs in the system.

Are you asking someone to do ALL the technical side for $100/month?

As all the server stuff plus help desk tickets, emails, forums.... that's about all the technical stuff there is.

I think Shyne is talking about bobcares, althought they will only do tickets and some minor server updates/installs (such as perl modules).

Since you are starting out I believe the fee is $75/month, if you're established it's $175/month.
