Price range of $5- $15 pm is preferred for 1/ 2GB reseller account for multiple / unlimited domains.

Maybe for folks accessing the server from within Australia? There is a demand for such hosting.

you may also try posting a request at www.webhostingtalk.com.au for the features you require.
you *might* need to up your budget though, as hosting on Australian based servers is a bit more expensive.
