Aloha~
I think most companies will allow one forum or another. Most companies will have restrictions of the brand of forum, so it is best to post a request in the requests section and ask.
Hope this helps

If you are going to run CGI based forums like UBB, then I do not recommend choosing a host which runs ensim. Ensim CGI is just a total pain in the ass. Thats just my point of view anyway. I recommend vBulletin as its cheaper, faster and less heavy on system resources. Also, I am guessing that you mean you are going to have on average 100 visitors constantly browsing. Thats going to use quite a bit of bandwidth and disk space. This pushes my choice to vBulletin because it uses mySQL and php which is IMO more efficient. So you would be looking for a host that would allow for say up to 800MB webspace, PHP & mySQL and arround 40 to 50GB/month bandwidth. Shop arround and get some prices then when you have a few favourites ask about on the forums if anybody has good/bad experiences with these companies. Even better, goto vBulletin/UBB official forums and post there about peoples experiences with hosting companies.
The key to running forums is how flexible your host allow you to upgrade/degrade your account. The more active the forums, the more bandwidth and diskspace you are going to need.
Hope this helps
