Can you provide an IP to test the ping?

Joseph,

I just sent you an IP to test via PM.

If anyone else wishes to test the network, please send a PM, and we will provide you with the IP.

We do block incoming PING's.

We have had hack attaempts in the past every time we place a IP in a thread.

I hear ya. Just started blocking pings on my server and I'm getting about 1 warning each minute, this while nobody should be pinging the server as it's non-commercial. I think it's a smart move...

hi,
nice offer,
on your site you have the not-yet-working link "Sys Admin Services"
So does this mean you are planning to offer managed servers later? Iīm looking for a goog server, but i donīt have the skills yet to manage such a server on my own, so i would need someone to do all the security stuff and to help me if i donīt know any further.
Thanks.

What are the chances of getting a package with WHM/Cpanel? Having the latest/greatest software (i.e., newest version) installed is a nice a touch as well.

hmmwv,

Yes we are planning that down the road to offer Sys Admin servcies.

We are seeing right now how many people are looking for managed servers, and getting the pricing together to be competitive for managed servers.

Website Rob,

We only offer the Plesk control panel at the current time.

You could get the monthly license for WHM/Cpanel from a 3rd party and they could install it on the server for you, and provide the support for it.

We are looking at offering maybe Ensim also in the future.

RedHat 7.3 will start being install as soon as Plesk tests for any problems with Plesk 2.5.

Servers that do not have or want Plesk we would install 7.3 on.

Willy (WCSWEB),

To go from Plesk 2.5 300 Domains to Unlimited it would be:
One-time setup of US$125.00 and US$25.00/Month

Additional IP's are:
One-time setup of US$20.00 and US$1.00/Month per IP

This is less then some of our compitition is charging.

If you would like to send me your direct e-mail address to sales@serveroutsource.net, I can put your name of that list.

Does Windows 2000 option comes with some sort of control panel and MS SQL Server?

aquos,

There are 2 3rd party control panels available, you can purchase directly from Ensim and Hosting Controller.

Microsoft SQL does not come with any of the servers.
As this would raise the price considerably due to the license fee's.
